#1: Some mamy like the symmetry, some may not; i think i liked it; it has a good depth of field too

#2: Good one; but a bit harsh

#3:WOW; i really loved this image; a rare kind; you intelligently defocused the distant scene; i would not have loved this image this much if every thing were in sharpness

#4:Again excellent

I have sympathy that this set did not get any comment so far

What I think I like best is the post work. I like the harsh feel, but I don't think it was over done.

#2: Good one; but a bit harsh

A nice shot in nasty light. It's an improvement over the raw, but the sky could be darkened further I think. I like the composition.

The effect reminds me of a tilt-shift or lens-baby. It was less pronounced in color, but it works in mono. The reduced size here takes away from the effect though.

Well, that's how it is around here. I might have got more comments in the beginner forum, but I was in the mood for more harsh appraisal. Sometimes less is more
