What is this? You burst a ballon with water? I think for sure I would set my shutter speed to your synch speed (i assume 1/250 or 1/200, not sure). Then it's all depend on your flash unit and the power supply. I would certainly set it to manual and start with 1/8 power. I assume with 1/8 power you will get about 8 burst shot. If 8 frames is not enough, then make the power lower. Adjust the ISO to get the desired exposure.

This is just what I think I would do if I attempt the shot. I have never done one before so take it with a grain of salt!

^^ Thats a good start. I would go to 1/16 power. And use the highest sync avail. (320 > 250 > 200) I would keep the ISO at 200. Detail is usually paramount in HS photography.

Most importantly: lots of light. Make some makeshift barndoors to focus as much light as possible directly on your subject. Or even add another strobe.

And of course, the more of these you can shoot the better your chances of catching something special. There is a lot of "throw away" stuff in high speed. Accuracy by volume ;)

what was your set up?... we can tell you how to improve, but it helps to know specifically how you captured the images... most other advice is otherwise random....
