Question about the stop sign.

I think that is French for stop, huh? But these signs were taken in/around Manhattan right?

I've never been further north than Kansas, but I do know that it's common to see those english/french combo signs in the unilingal parts of canada. But why would they be around the statue of liberty? Or did you take that picture in northern new york or something?

Yes you are right that is French and I did take that picture in Canada I took it in st Johns.
