Some train shots for C&C.

These shots were taken a few days ago in Germany while I was on a layover.
Other than cropping, none of these photos have seen any PP.
1. A moving train.

2. An interesting "street shot" I thought.

3 and 4 are just close crops of 2. Wondering which you all like better.

#1 is pretty cool. I like shots like this with a train moving in the background. I like the balance of subjects, and something about the woman on the right looking down seems to help this.

#2 looks better than 3 and 4 to me, but it doesn't appeal to me as much as #1 did.

I fought with myself on #1, whether to remove the woman on the right or not, but no matter how many times or how I cropped it, it just felt wrong without the woman on the right.
I also felt #2 was better, but #4 just felt very strong, with the lady staring blankly out of the train window with the reflections in the glass.

Yup, you are correct. It was really spur of the moment, and all were handheld in a fairly dark underground train station.

I like number 1 -- number two is interesting for a glance-- the crops I'm not really a fan of. You make me miss Germany though!

Number one is very nice and the woman makes it more interesting. I'm wondering what shes thinking...

To be honest I don't find any of the shots interesting. None of them seem to be very crisp or in focus either.

Did you use a tripod? It doesn't look like you did. If you did then did you use a remote shutter release?

#1 The people in the middle are too distracting. If it was just the girl on the right and the guy on the left it would be better. The photo seems kind of flat. a different angle instead of shooting it strait on might have helped that.

same for the other pics.
