Someone please tell me how to post some photos for C&C I'm so confused

I consider myself fairly computer-literate...but I'm having a really hard time maneuvering this site. Could someone please explain how to post a thread with some photo attachments for C&C. Thank you!!!

Only one problem: the Pictorial GUide OMITS the CRITICAL STEPS.

The host URL must be prefaced with
