Got this Vivitar 400/5.6 for $58 with shipping but it is soft with bad CA & useless beyond about 100'. Here are a couple shots @ about 100' & f11 with a Panasonic G1. Both cropped.

I must admit...I've never heard the term 'Turkey lens'. What qualifies as a Turkey lens?

I think my Nikon 35mm 1.8G I sold may have fit into the "turkey Lens" category quite comfortably

Oh....I've got a Vivitar 100-300 F5.6-6.7 that would fit that category. Took it with my on my honeymoon in Costa Rica.

The last one is not that bad bad compare to the others. Little bit out of focus? Still training my eyes:lmao:.

I found this one for $2.92. Does it count? It looks like it was handled with disregard, though the glass looks no worse for the wear!

Also got a Minolta 50mm for the same price but it looks pretty dusty inside.
