Is this the first non canon to be white/silver?
Are bigger sony lenses going to be silver now?

had white lenses. With Olympus it was in the OM system. They had a 250mm f2 and a 350mm f2.8 that had a white version. Sony's current 70-200 f2.8 and their 300 f2.8 are white as well.

seems useful, I don't agree with the silver finish at all though. Sony's are built cheap as it is, now they're going to really look it.
