Sora!!! and long billed dowitcher

Finaly i got some shots of the Sora after days of hearing them calling in the reeds twenty feet away and seeing them dart beetween the reeds we got a lot of rain that knocked down quite a few of the reeds making it so much easier to see and photograph them sure hope there nests did not get destroyed from flooding i got to see four got shots of two. also scared the heck out of a virginia rail by mistake it was only a foot in front of me when it finaly took off but i did not see it till it flew and my dad says he saw me jump backwards in suprise LOL. one and two are of the same Sora number three is of a different one. sorry about how much i typed but thought it would show why i was so happy to get these of the sora.
