Not a great photo in my book, sorry. The distracting background is the main problem, also most of the child's face is obscured and from what little we can see, she (or he, it's hard to tell) doesn't look particularly happy.

It does seem more like a family snapshot than a photo that is as...profound as the title implies. lol
