My loyal companion Labrador Retriever gun dog TRAD is captured in this portrait taken immediately after a training session focused on water retrieves. TRAD is all heart in the field and his work ethic is legendary. I titled this composition SOUL SEARCHER for TRAD'S penetrating stare which seemingly reaches the inner most being of the viewer.

Cool. I was a Volunteer Fire and 1st Responder for many years. 665 was my number. Lot of memories there. I'm pretty much inactive now but still in the department, helping out when I can
