What's the purpose? I kept waiting for the image to load further thinking it wasn't loaded properly. If that was the purpose, it works great.

I totally do not get the southwestern influence. I mean, if it had a burrito and some hot sauce, yeah, I'd get a southwestern influence title....but this seems to be just a fence...or something.

Somehow it feels southwestern to me. I lived in the southwest for most of my life.
