Spider close up

I love taking pictures of spiders but for the most part I haven't found any larger spiders where I live (Delaware). I was camping with friends near Jim Thorpe Pennsylvania when I saw this guy. I couldn't believe how willing he was to just sit there while I shot away. This is my first large spider so C&C are welcome.

Dylan.. nice, but underexposed.

I tweaked it a little for you... you might need to calibrate your monitor. I would also suggest using diffused flash to bring out the detail.

Thanks. You may be right about the monitor. I didn't like that shade of red however the edit does great things for the spider.

Understood.. but I didn't change the shade of the Red... merely corrected exposure.
