Thanks everybody! It's one of our resident Northern Harriers. Looking at some of the other shots it definitely appears to be a very dead lizard. So much for a sweet "Spring is here" pic

Nice capture, Mitch but it appears a wee high on the exposure. I think that's a crack pipe it's carrying.
