I spent many, many hours doing just that on my grandpa's land when I was a kid.

Yeah, we grew up next to a creek. Hunted crawdads, fished for bluegills and Rock Bass, learned to swim and we kids would get together at dusk, build a fire and roast potatoes and burn hotdogs.
