Here are a few more. The first is another flower pic. The last is my grandson who went out in a hard snowstorm with huge flakes on Sunday morning. He was trying to swat them with a bat. It was dim light and I had trouble getting decent pictures of him.

You always get soooo close to them!
I envy you that.
Even my macro setting on the telephoto lense doesn't allow me to get that close to any flowers! A pity! Plus at the extension to 200-300mm light becomes a serious problem. (Scanning my prints adding to the fact that my photos never appear as clear here as they are as a print).

Aren't trees in spring the most beautiful sight!?

Hey, there's actually a snowflake falling right in front of your grandson's eye. Despite the relative softness of the photo (light problems, I can tell), he still looks very natural - and cold! The red ears become quite obvious. And all that melting snow dripping off his hair - a portrait taken by a loving granddad, I'd say :).

i love the first picture.. im working on getting a macro flower picture myself.. ..but i can't seem to get the right picture i want =\
