Thanks mate, there are some very scenic places in the North of Scotland. We really lucked out with the weather in the second, the next morning the fog had rolled in from ttthe sea and the view was totally obscured.

Thanks mate, It's a very iconic mountain due to it's shape and that ridge of Torridonian sandstone on the top.

weepete, thanks for the "geology". I have vague recollections of the Torridonian rocks probably from studying the stratigraphy of Great Britain in one of my Geology courses in school, many, many, many...years ago.
