A touch of red-eye.. aside from that, nice shot!

Bump up the saturation a little, you'll notice the colors more. I have this problem all the time with my digital camera, not enough saturation.

Very cute kid! Aside from red eye, the only thing that bothers me is the shadow from flash - can be removed easily in photoshop, though.

Interesting expression. The red eye, shadow and overall "hot" lighting can all be corrected by re-shooting using diffused lighting or bounce flash. But then again, will you get that expression again...?
