I was thinking the same thing and when they were walking in the moors at night that howl was the creepiest ever, how it sounded and kept getting closer and closer, love it! Since you like scary movies, have you ever seen "Near Dark" with Bill Paxton? It's in my top 3 vampire movies of all time. They aren't your typical vampires.

I cannot remember if I have seen the movie Near Dark... I watch a lot of movies and have for 40 years. After 15 years or so I often forget movies.

I had to look it up, the name was familiar. I had forgotten about it, which is funny because I loved Near Dark when it came out. As Derrel says, I have watched so many movies I have trouble remembering which is which and then forgetting others completely. Thanks Kirk for reminding me of this one, going to put it on my watch it again soon list.
