Steel Town

This is a pic that even though was taken a couple years ago I'm posting now because its taken me this long to find in my computer. I took this a couple years ago while riding through the Hamilton bay front area. It was a nice clear night and had to make due with what I had on me, a point and shoot. The camera was a Panasonic DMC-FX07. Nothing special by any means but happens to have some long exposure settings. After getting balanced on a rock I took a few minutes to snap a few pics. After getting on the computer I was actually pleasantly surprised what the little camera managed. So much so that what I have posted has not seen ant post other than a 12x8 crop ratio.

For those familiar with southern Ontario. These are the steel mills of Hamilton and the glowing haze that surrounds them.
