Here in Calicut-in the whole Kerala and many parts of India- it is raining cats and dogs, save elephants
And it is the season for mangoes too....they come very cheap tpp; so i purchased four kilos....the same day father has bought some kilos too.... so it was too much at home... they would soon decay too... so i had a plan...to make Mango-appam....yesterday i realized it

Now it is ready to serve (some like it turn dark brown, near to black, with a different taste....)
