As always you have an eye for interesting compositions, but I find it a little dark, as if the highlights and mid tones have been dragged down.

And yes I agree, it's slightly dark...the painter is in the shade...but the far wall is kinda "hot" so to compensate & take the edge off i made the image a little darker...and thanks for the "eye" compliment! But as you know I kinda like the B&W's a little on the dark side anyhow...maybe it's my style & I don't even know it yet...
