I think maybe a brighter background would have helped; the 'black on black' isn't, IMO, ideal, and the car reflection needs to go away as well.

I think maybe a brighter background would have helped; the 'black on black' isn't, IMO, ideal, and the car reflection needs to go away as well.

I like the car reflection because it helps add to the story of being on the city street, but agree that the black on black is this image's downfall. It makes it difficult to make out the shape and fit of the clothing, and considering that "couture" is custom fit clothing, this should be of very high importance.

Great shot otherwise. The lighting and color are excellent.
