More lighting on his face? hmmm okie. I was using one soft box for that photo...

Not bad, maybe alittle more seperation between hand and face... not sure if focus or lighting would be better for that... maybe if you used a reflector on the other side of his hand just so you can see the lines alittle better between the black glove in front and the black jacket in back.
