Not bad but the first thing I noticed is that it needs leveling. Select one of the background vertical lines and make that vertical instead of slightly tilted. Second thing I noticed is that it's very grainy. There seems to be no exif data on the image so I can't advise on that.

Agree with Granddad. The grain and what looks like it was over sharpened has texture through out the image.

I find it awkward with the one lad looking at camera. Don't know if thats going to create a memory for someone or whats the purpose of the photo. Seems like an interesting place to shoot and interesting sneakers.

Unless you've cropped it already, leveling won't be possible here.
What I think is the problem is that you've dragged too many low tones into the black.

I would lower the too bright stripes on legs and shoes, sign above their head, convert to BW and add some burning on the edges to get a gritty street look
