Will #1 lead to another President Obama style selfie controversy? I like the set but I am not an expert or even moderately knowledgeable on street photography.

Not bad. Interesting subjects in all. I would convert the last to bw also.

In the last I liked the color from the camera so much that I've done almost zero processing, so I didn't convert it.
