I like the repetition of the posters, but the man in the background is where my eye keeps going - he's very distracting.

I like the guy. I think without him the image would be pretty ho-hum, just another psudo-abstract. The guy brings tension and an odd sense of space that sets it apart. I think he is distracting, but that is precisely why it works.
