i wouldnt say heavily, but yeah, looks too porcelain kinda? if so I was thinking the same, haven't looked at the image for a bit, but now realized why I wasn't happy with it. /shrug

Why are only his finger(nails) really sharp in this photo?
What lens did you use? Is it a lensbaby photo?

nah, not a lensbaby, faulty focus elements when lens is opened up all the way?

as far as lighting, just took the image between 10-11 one morning, sun wasn't at its peak, so some added reflection off the many glass windows and such.

vigenetting and some burning in photoshop too...

Great shot! but just as everyone mentioned the head does look a bit over processed, a tad bit less and i would call it perfect but other than that its amazing.
