Something seems off, not sure what it is but you have the making of a nice photo here. Maybe the balance is off in the shadows vs. light? If your looking for critique or guidance, you will have to ask for it and probably wouldn't hurt to turn on Photo's OK to edit.

What bothers me is the perspective distortion that doesn't serve any purpose and the dramatic difference in look and tone between the top half (above the railing) and the lower half.
That difference doesn't seem to have any importance and is jarring to me.

I think if you'd shot this as an HDR/Pano with a little planning you would have had a killer image, but as-is... it feels very snap-shottish to me.

I like the tones and the composition. You might try to straighten it and maybe darken the light on the right just a tiny bit.
