If the man wearing sunglasses were slightly more in-frame as well as the man in the foreground (though, for me, the cropping of the face here is less of an issue), it might be a stronger composition. That said, this is a very strong story-telling image, which holds the attention of the viewer for a long time.

Cheers! I have thought about it...and you are right...I think my problem here was how many people there were. we are talking maybe 1000 strikers. one face next to the next and so on and so forth. So I may have got that face in but cut one off slightly behind?? I guess I will never know. Thanks for your comments

Well, it was a nice problem to have and I imagine it wasn't easy deciding where to draw the line. A great photo.
