student art bw contest voting, round two! birds!

so the majority went for the ugly goose one in the last round, so now it's between these two. thanks for your feedback!

This is DIFFICULT!!!! :shock:

The first is a classic. Straightforward head shot in the horizontal format.
The second is vertical ... not the VERY FIRST format for many a new photographer to choose, and has that nice movement. Is less classical though.

But I think I will vote for the less classical.
Though it IS a toss-up.

for some reason it won't let me vote on the poll, but while i loved the first one in the other contest.. i love the second one now. there is something there that seems to show more personality, for both you and the bird.
