I made stuffed chicken and a side of asparagus. I borrowed from some one's post on here. The chicken has spinach leaves, bacon, mozzerella and asparagus in it. A little basil on the outside and in the oven it goes. The Asparagus was fixed in a large pan with oil, basil, spinach leaves, portabella mushrooms, and some minced up garlic. It took about an hour and a half @ 350-375 for the chicken to get done. Hmmmm yummy. Can I come over? Now? At once? Or have you meanwhile eaten it  !?!?!? Oh nooooooooooooooooo  (You buy square mozzarella?)
That's mainly what you get around here. Small college town grocery stores are crap for finding anything besides the bare necessities. We almost couldn't get skewers for kabobs Monday night. I was so good. I'm thinking for my next photo shoot I should do scallops wrapped in bacon rubbed with maple syrup and brown sugar over some sort of pasta.
Thanks. I just set the WB to flash and it matches my speed lights fairly well. I still have to use custom and bring it down a bit if I don't want a slight tinge to my Alien Bee.
