Subtle Highlights - Critique Requested

I shot this tonight and would love to hear some suggestions on how to improve.

1 second shutter, f8 with a graduated neutral density filter. This was about 30 minutes after the sun had hit the horizon.

Beautiful image. My eye is drawn to the orange in the lower right corner. I'd love to see that rock play a more central role, if you have a chance at another go.

I like it very much. I might have made that orange color of the lower-right stone a bit more subdued, but still, a real nice photograph.

Instead of the lower right orange, the far away blurry couple slightly left from the centre is what disturbs me. But great shot nevertheless.

Agreed. I am going to remove them when I get home. I tried to do it on the road but my photoshop is having some login issue when it doesn't have connectivity to adobe's servers and isn't launching. Very frustrated.

I brought out a bit more color, upped the vibrance and clarity a bit more and increased the exposure. Was at -.40 before, at +.20 now.



I'm leaning towards this one.

Love the edit with more rock detail with the greens and oranges.

just get rid of the people as mentioned. That's the first thing I saw for some reason as they kinda stuck right out.

bah. I have color banding in the horizon I didn't see before because I had muted the shot. Frustrating.

I like, but I'd like it a little brighter.
