I took this tonight...just suggest me to improvise

I am just giving you suggestions on which you can improve on...
1st- this image looks like it is taken by a mobile phone
2nd- there is a lot of noise in the picture
3rd- i cant find a subject in the picture
4th- the image is blurred - next time use a tripod
5th- there is a lot of black lost space in the top of the photo.

Judging from this, I'd say 1/2 second exposure is why it's blurry. The High Gain is causing the noise. And the white balance is Auto, but didn't do a very good job.

The first thing is that, this is a Point and Shoot Camera. Hence I am not left with much manual control.

I will do some R&D to avoid noise and black.

About blurry part, I am planning to buy a good tripod.
