Suggestion for RAW processing in large number

Hi folks, I am using PS CS6 ACR to process my photos in large numbers and has a workflow that I'm quite happy with. However since it's an old software, it won't take newer camera RAW files. I'm willing to pay for the software, just not monthly subscriptions.
I've made a video to explain this workflow that I am using since it's hard to explain it in words. I've been searching on Youtube on alternatives, downloaded Affinity and Sony's Image Editing Edge but they don't allow this amount of freedom. Most of the "batch processing"refers to applying the same setting to all selected files without allowing further customized controls.

Please give me some time and watch this explanation, and I will greatly appreciate any suggestion!
