thanks i was actually a little upset because when i was there and the sun was setting there were so many different colors in the sky but for some reason (this set caught my eye the most as far as composition and the light breaking through the clouds) all the colors i was excited to have gotten were mostly yellows and oranges but i was really pleased in the end

The composition is very strong and the rays of sunlight coming through the clouds make terrific leading lines right to the island.

If I had to make one recommendation, it would be to raise the level on the island just a little bit, it is a little bit dark, especially the part in deeper shadow near the water. The rest of the exposure is perfect!

thanks ill keep that in mind... i actually didnt have to crop much of this image just alittle on the bottom and very little on the sides just to tighten it up

and the dark part in the water is actually green... i dont know how or why but in the original exposures its green maybe reflection?
