Nice scene, but I detect camera shake, are my eyes going bonkers, or is this out of focus?

This is a lovely scene nice color,but it's OOF.

There was no camera shake, for some reason after transferring the photo from my computer to phone it killed the quality. Also the location is lake Greenwood South Carolina
