i like this. Nice to see a urban sunset shot, nice leading line, Lots of stuff too look at. nice feel. And it isn't on a prairie or over a body of water so is a little more distinct.

I would agree with Lew about the sky being over saturated. My suggestion would be to mask it off and lower it.
