I like the overall composition here, it has the potential be a really nice lake shore sunset shot. A couple things that are hurting it for me are the horizon needs to be leveled, and there is way too much contrast for my taste. I think the long exposure did a nice job of blurring the water, which helps the image in my opinion.

How about this its a different angle and a bit later that evening.

I like that one MUCH better than your first one. Better composition. Better processing that doesn't seem over processed.
