Sunsets bad for sensor?

Trying to take pictures of sunsets I remembered a thread I read about sunsets burning the sensor. Is this true? How do people take pics of sunsets without damaging their camera?

I suppose it's possible to damage a sensor if you hold the shutter open when the sun is high & broght in the sky... with the light focused on the sensor... for a long exposure... but that's a lot different from a sunset shot. Go ahead, you'll be fine.
