Met with another surgeon today. We're planning the surgery for the week before thanksgiving to miss a minimal amount of school.
The procedure will involve an open repair from the front and arthroscopic repair from the back of my right shoulder.
I'll be in a sling for 4-6 weeks. He said I should be able to shoot again a week after that. I'm looking at a 4-6 month recovery for strength and range of motion back.
No rock climbing. No SNOWBOARDING. I'm going to miss the whole friggin snowboard season. Just when I was getting good, too...
