Arkansas gets a bad rap but Honestly... It is a beautiful state but you have to got to the NW area.
I have packed up and moved my family to the area and can not wait to go hiking and explore the area.

Spent a lot of time in NW AR over the years. I think the first trip was almost 60 years ago with my Dad. We lived in the Bootheel where Dad farmed and raised livestock. He'd make several trips a year down there to buy hogs. I can tell you it was a lot different back then, like stepping back in time. As I got older I Deer hunted and fished all along the MO/AR border. A friend of mine had a cabin on Norfolk, another friend had a place outside Mountain Home and another friend had a place in the woods outside of Thayer, MO.

That's very pretty.

A long time ago, I was working for a company that made security equipment that could be used in many applications including prisons.

I was sent to the prison in Pine Bluff to oversee the installation of our system and to test it when that was complete.

When my son's pre-school teacher asked "What does you daddy do?"

His answer was "My daddy's in Arkansas and he's in jail..."
