So I had a couple of hours and decided to do some "senior portrait" type stuff with my best friend.

For #1 Definitely my favorite. I feel like it's a real expression even though it's not a very active expression. Good soft natural light, decent background but it does lack motion and excitement. Maybe not the best "senior" type thing out there but whatever.

For #2 Blue, I think that's form Flickr not me. The horizon cuts her head off, she has hair going everywhere (was too lazy to fix), cropped off fingers. Overall decent expression and lighting.

For #3 Great expression even if it's a little over the top happy. Horizon cuts neck (not sure how you guys feel about that) Blue again, thanks flickr. Sun went down and we lost the hair light.

For #4 Hair light is nice even though its blown out and waaaay too gold. Good expression, could have maybe used a little more lighting and use of short lighting style. Squinty right eye.

What do you guys think?

Number One: A bit too dark, left. Clone the white blobs upper right.
Number Two: Natural pose/expression. Ugly prop, left. Clone-out overhanging foliage, top right (and fence post, right).
Three and Four: Nice framing. Make surface of the water horizontal.
Number Four: Nice framing. Contrast/saturation a bit intense, left side of hair/cheek.

I really like these. all 4 of them. The only thing(SILLY) i would change is to have her head tilted in the 2nd pic. Great job though
