did you post process to bring out the sky more? There's some haloing around the edges. I think whatever you did sort of killed the contrast in the rest of the image. It also seems a tiny touch desaturated. I would have probably manually dodged the sky, or applied a selective curves adjustment with a layer mask to the sky.
