I think the other one is Elissa, the official tall ship of Texas.

You're correct. And a beautiful ship she is. She also fired her salute cannon, which was really cool and UNEXPECTED.

She was probably flying a 15-star American Flag (1812, when the Star Spangled Banner was written.)
