This past Saturday was Fall Festival day at Tallyrand Park, which is located in our County Seat of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. Spring Creek flows through the town and the main attraction at the park is the large population of ducks and geese that live above the dam. Folks can buy(or bring) duck feed and the kids(and adults) enjoy feeding them. Minolta a7/Fujicolor Superia Xtra400/70-210mm 'beercan".
