The two people together make me want to see the tattoo - is this what you were going for?

I like the expression on the tattoo artist's face. she's so concentrated. She also has a great haircut and nice glasses.

Thank you for your comments. Yes, I agree, it is not a clean shot in terms of composition, and there is a lot of distracting details. I just thought that the mannequin legs with its smiley face is a funny detail and actually a brilliant advertising idea for simple folks who would do a tattoo on the street. And I liked the way the young guy is looking at it, smoking in a relaxed pose and sweating at the same time. Have you noticed sweat running down his shoulder? And I am not interested at all in what tattoo he will get, somehow I do not have any high expectation here. To me it is just a fraction above a Just For Fun shot. Probably it should be there.

Is he getting henna or a tattoo? She isn't wearing gloves, so I don't think he's getting tattooed.

It looks like his eyes are closed so I didn't think he was paying much attention to the mannequin.
I didn't notice the sweat on his arms until you pointed it out.

No, no HDR, just a little bit of added contrast. The color is probably due to the Golden hour.
