looks good, but that foot/toe is killing the shot

The toe has been mention... I would clone it out.

The bright shiny object on his right (camera left) is a bit distracting.

I don't know what kind of lighting you are using, but you have several hot spots and loosing detail, particularly on the fingertips and the colors on the inner shoulders are getting a washed out look.

The pose is great.

And just to be pedantic, there are three "t"s in tattoo.
