I like the lighting on her back.
I don't like the lighting on her face.
I like the angle her back is positioned in.(very flattering)
I don't like that her nose is stealing all my attention. A diferent angle for her head would have been much better.

i'm assuming the tattoo is the main point of your image (based on your post title). the lighting on her face is drawing my attention away, and the lighting on her back is kind of dull. a different composition could definitely draw the eye more towards the tattoo, and so could different editing.

im doing this shot w my wife, she has a tatt all the way down her spine *shudders

def turn her face a little more fwd and less light on face, more from back, it def looks flat...its a great start tho buddy, im totally going to bite this lolz
