Teach your children well

Located in nearby State College, Pennsylvania is a 62 acre Wetland/Nature Center that is in constant use by local schools and the University. I often see groups like this one, all year long, where teachers and instructors from the Nature Center teach about the natural world around them and how it impacts our lives.

I gained a great interest in nature and wildlife at a very early age, not always in a legal way. I used to collect birds eggs. Not so frowned upon in those days as it is now. However, being out there and alert to the natural surroundings instilled in me a passion that's never waned.

So, yeah I'm all for youngsters being taught early and these capture their interest.
