- Can others edit my Photos
- Photos NOT OK to edit
Firstly, hello everybody! As you may be able to tell I'm completely new here, and my first post is to say hello and ask for some advice!
I've got a set of photos taken with an old camera that I no longer have (A Sony cybershot DSC-W35). Unfortunately a few of the photos have something wrong with them that I've not come across before. If I open up the photos with iPhoto, before they fully load, a slightly pixellated version appears above the list of photos.
In this pixellated version it shows the full photo, however when the image 'focuses' and becomes unpixellated, it displays a 'cropped' version of the photo. This leads me to believe there must be some way to make it so that it actually shows the full photo! Unfortunately it's cropped the heads out of most of the photos that this has happened to so I was wondering if anybody could help.
The image is currently a JPG, so when I exported it I set it to orginal and nothing changed, however I've now copied it to the desktop and the thumbnail displays the full image but not pixellated showing the faces that have been cropped out in iphoto.
Revert to original isn't available as I've not previously edited the photo unfortunately!
All of the above has been posted from a discussion I opened on the Apple site, so hopefully it makes sense.
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me!
